Aerion pressure washer systems are heavy duty 5,000 P.S.I. hot-water pressure washers, powered by a diesel engine and encased in explosion-proof units. When used with our line of cleaners, they effortlessly melt away oil-based mud and other debris. Combine a pressure washer with our Mud Vac System and you have the tools to keep your worksite safe and clean.

Our pressure washer trailer units are fitted with a 500-gallon water tank to ensure you have plenty of water to get the job done and they are delivered fully fueled and with 100” of hose on our heavy-duty trailers for complete mobility.

Our selection of pressure washers are easily serviced by our service and support team, which is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure your production doesn’t stop because of equipment malfunction. If your rental unit needs major repairs, our technicians can change out the unit immediately, to keep your job site running smoothly.

Rig Wash Downs

Aerion provides a complete 24 hour rig wash down package as well. With our 5000 P.S.I. pressure washers and our line of cleaning soaps Aerion can wash down your rig between moves. Rig Wash downs can take up to 24 hours but with our 3 man crews and our custom designed pressure washer system we can complete the job faster and more safely.
