Aerion’s Frac Water Heaters combat the obstacle of frozen pond water during the production of your well. Our frac water heaters are equipped with a 21 MMBTU burner that can run on propane or can be retrofitted to run off of your well head natural gas. It has the capability to raise the water temperature 65 degrees @ 12 bbl/min.

- The Heat Exchanger is constructed in a Eight Pass Arrangement and is fed by a 4” Header which separates the flow into four paths through the coils.
