Mud Cleaners

Aerion's mud cleaners consist of a 2-cone desander and a 16-cone desilter mounted over a 4-panel shaker. The fourth screen results in drier cuttings, more fluid returned to the rig, and more consistent mud weight. The mud cleaner further processes fluids already processed by rig shakers byremoving the finer solids. It then discharges the cleaned fluid back into the mud system.
